Hey everyone! The summer sun is about to set on these final 2 weeks of summer term for me at Uhart, but then I have a few weeks to myself to see friends, go places, and then settle in until September 1st when my LAST FALL SEMESTER starts. x3.

This'll be weird-- my last time to buy textbooks (oh thank god D: ), my last Fall semester since I'll hopefully graduate Sunday December 6th. My last Spring semester was this past one, and dare I say it was hectic, but one of the best. I'll miss being Guild VP.

Dunno if I'll still have my ITS job for a while until I get another job, but I hope we'll see *crosses fingers ><* I love this job, even if stupid people can't read the sign that we no longer have a mouse, but a TOUCHSCREEN. /swt Jeeze.

I can't believe it's almost the end of summer. A lot of my projects were put on hold, as well as my two drawings of my Pokemon Trainer and RO Priesty Tia I'll get to that as soon as I can... *sigh*

For Jpegg, I made an awesome collection of TEN YEARS worth of Japanese Pokemon songs! I picked rare and good songs that can't be found anywhere else and put all 33 (hey it was 40 D: ) onto two CDs, labeled as such, put them in jewel cases, and made my own cover art for them. I'm quite proud of them ^^ They look cute and I hope they work well... I also hope he likes them. If you want the list, feel free to ask =3! Spread the Japanese TRUE Pokemon around *is also wearing her Team Rocket shirt x3*

I also have a very lifechanging decision to make... I was so confident after the assembly 2 weekends ago... why am I so hesitant now =/? Still, I feel confident I'll be okay after I graduate... =3

Now to the meat and bones: CTCon 09!
It's come down to... tomorrow!! July 31-August 2nd this weekend is another round of annual convention in Hartford, CT. I shall be attending, and cosplaying!, all three days. I'll be lonely Friday until Joel/Van gets here Friday night but I still can't wait. I will take lots of pics as much as I can ^^'

I'm not really meeting anyone special as I did at Ohayo-Con or last year's CTCon, but I'll see some old friends that I haven't seen in a few years. That'll be nice. Feel free to say hi! (Just tell me who you are XD...)

I will also be cosplaying Merle from Escaflowne on Friday. Saturday will be my debut say for Young Yoruichi! /o/ Sunday is Brawl Pikachu with Joel/Van as Dr. Mario ^^ Pics are in my gallery-- but no sneak peaks of Yoruichi! x3 Muwahaha...

My shopping list includes: Gurren Lagaan banner for Joel's common room (it shall be my contribution, since I don't have a room of my own this fall ), t-shirt of course, maybe a ritual figure if I have enough money, a new VGCats poster signed by Scott <33 since mine is getting old in its 4th year alive on my dorm wall ... and of course food, parking, etc... bleh. Thankfully I get paid tomorrow @_@

I also want to see Cyanide and Happiness, XKCD, Michelle Knots (ask what happened with the old VA's of pokemon o_o), and Scott from VgCats, and Mookie D! I also want to see the Masquerade and Cosplay Chess, as ritual. Myabe CTCon the musical too-- I haven't seen the program book XD

I'm still very nervous for Young Yoruichi. The kimono is absolutely amazing... I can wear it without cosplay too. I hope people like it even if it doesn't look like Young Yoruichi... mew.

Well time to go home, go to the meeting, try on costume and last minute pins and sleep and... wake up to go back to campus and go to CTCon! /o/ See you there! Take lots of pics!
